At VibeFox, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please review the policy below.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse or before the courier tracking number is generated.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order. Once the order has been processed for shipping and a courier tracking number has been generated, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Orders Already Shipped
If the order has already been shipped or a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange after delivery, depending on the product and eligibility criteria.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, contact our support team with your Order ID and registered email address.

Our team will review the request and confirm the cancellation if the order has not yet been dispatched or assigned a courier tracking number.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery orders can also be cancelled before dispatch or before the courier tracking number is generated by contacting our support team.
