You can request an exchange within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags intact
• Packed in original packaging
• Supported by order ID / proof of purchase
• ₹150–₹250 fee per item (only for size exchange)
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• Only one exchange per order allowed

After the payment is done, email us at info@vibefox.in with:

• Order Number
• Reason for exchange (size, color, issue, etc.)
• Images (if product is damaged or incorrect)

Important: Exchanges are accepted only after approval.

Once approved:

• We’ll arrange a pickup from your address
• Hand over the item in original condition
• After inspection, we’ll ship your replacement

• Sale items
• Gift cards

We do not offer returns or refunds, except in rare cases.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Email us within 72 hours
• Share clear images
• We’ll resolve it quickly

If approved:

• Processed within 72 hours
• Credited in 3–5 business days

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
• Incorrect address or negligence
