Exchange & Refund Policy
⏱️ Exchange Window
You can request an exchange within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.
✅ Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags intact
- Packed in original packaging
- Supported by order ID / proof of purchase
- ₹150–₹250 fee per item (only for size exchange)
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Only one exchange per order allowed
🔁 How to Request an Exchange
After the payment is done, email us at info@vibefox.in with:
- Order Number
- Reason for exchange (size, color, issue, etc.)
- Images (if product is damaged or incorrect)
👉 Important: Exchanges are accepted only after approval.
🚚 What Happens Next
Once approved:
- We’ll arrange a pickup from your address
- Hand over the item in original condition
- After inspection, we’ll ship your replacement

🚫 Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds, except in rare cases.
⚠️ Damaged / Wrong Item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Email us within 72 hours
- Share clear images
- We’ll resolve it quickly
💰 Refunds (Rare Cases Only)
If approved:
- Processed within 72 hours
- Credited in 3–5 business days
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
- Incorrect address or negligence
